Michelin and AA Rosette award winning 5* Hotel Restaurant in Wiltshire
is looking for
Commis Pastry Chef (m/f)
to start asap
* required to work on a section in a professional team
* catering for the fine dining restaurant (2* Michelin) and deluxe small Brasserie
* annual gross salary £12,000 plus service charge around £3,000
requirements:
* completed training
* experience in minimum 3 AA rosette environment, or Michelin
* motivation counts above all and previous experience in an all fresh produce establishment
* longterm objects for the next one to two years, in order to be trained within an excellent, ambitious team
Live in available on site or nearby. Someone bringing a car would be ideal.
