Hotel Manager for 5* rated luxurious Cruise Line

We are currently recruiting for the position as Hotel Manager:

Jobdescription

* reports to the Head Office
* responsible for the day-to-day management of the entire hotel operation on the vessel and its staff
* organising and directing all hotel services
* make up a general management team
* taking a strategic overview, planning ahead to maximise profits, controlling expenditure
* setting and achieving sales and profit targets
* business and people management
* dealing with passengers' complaints and comments
* troubleshooting
* supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings
* ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations

Job requirements

* completed studies in recognized European Hotel Schools or Universities or equivalent
* minimum of FIVE years professional experience as Hotel Manager aboard an international 5*rated Cruise Line or equvalent ashore
* entrepreneurial attitude
* solid experience with international clientele, service-minded and quality-orientated person
* perfect written and spoken English knowledge, any additional language skills are advantageous
* valid C1/D Visa and STCW 95 certificate
* strong leadership and motivational skills
